Outstanding Thermal Insulation

      Extremely low thermal conductivity, typical value is only 0.028-0.032W/(m-K). At a density of 18kg/m³, it has outstanding thermal resistance, which is one of the highest in the graphite EPS industry, effectively preventing heat transfer and maintaining a stable internal temperature environment for buildings and cold storage facilities.

    Graphite insulation EPS is an important building energy-saving material for “near-zero energy buildings”, widely used in building insulation, cold storage insulation and highway construction, which plays an important role in guaranteeing the energy-saving of the building and the comfort of living, maintaining the low-temperature environment of the cold storage as well as reducing energy consumption.

    Adopting the continuous production process of extrusion method, based on the polymer material, adding foaming agent and various additives for blending and processing, and through the continuous pelletizing process to manufacture a variety of functionally modified expandable polymer particles. The production process is characterized by continuity, high environmental protection and significant energy saving, and belongs to the physical mixing process, with no waste residue, waste liquid and waste gas emission. Compared with the traditional suspension EPS process, there is a fundamental difference between the two.


    Using the extrusion method process to produce graphite EPS, through the addition of nanoscale natural flake graphite in polystyrene, to obtain the ability to reflect infrared rays, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.032W / (m.K), compared with the traditional EPS, insulation performance can be increased by more than 30%. Extruded graphite EPS can effectively ensure the graphite addition, better insulation performance. At the same time, extruded EPS board has higher strength, and the flame retardant level can realize B1 grade.
